We have updated the code (Feb 2010) to include plastering, tiling, window (casement & tilt and turn), internal doors and skirting costs.

All reports can be exported to Excel, Word or in HTML format.
We have included TurboCad 4, Floorplan v8 3D, Concept Draw project manager plus 2 other useful project management tools ATNotes and ArsClip. All are available as freeware. TurboCad 4 and FloorPlan 3d require registration online. Both companies release free non current versions, usually 1 or 2 versions behind the current one to give you the opportunity to use the software and upgrade in future. Both applications are fully functional.
We also include a fully functioning version of Crystal Report 5. Design professional-looking, interactive reports using features like the visual report designer and dynamic prompts. Crystal reports connects to most back end databases like MS Access/Dbase/FoxPro and SQL server.

ConceptDraw Project: is a fully functioning project management tool which may be of help during the build as it is essentially to develop and adhere to a project plan with defined tasks and responsibilities applied to contractors
AT Notes allows you to create Post-it style reminders on your desktop. ArsClip allows to to extend the clipboard to store the last 50 copied items and paste from a menu via a hot key – essential for document filling or pasting often used text strings.
We have included a number of typical kit builds to give users an idea of what to include in the build costs. There is no limit to the number cost projections you can make.
